In addition, each year our team members invest hundreds of volunteer hours back into communities. One initiative includes NFI’s onsite Garden of Giving, which started in 2010. This program encourages employees to lend their gardening skills (or hone them if they are wanting to learn) to grow and harvest fruits and vegetables throughout the summer and fall. This produce is then donated to charitable organizations that help to feed those in need within the community and in 2022, NFI donated a total of 57 boxes of produce.
